Booking & Process
How do I book a taxi?
You can book by filling the form on our homepage and clicking "Send via WhatsApp", or call/WhatsApp us directly. We confirm your booking instantly.
How early should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2 hours before your pickup time. For peak season (Navratri, Diwali, summer vacations), book 2–3 days in advance.
Will I receive a booking confirmation?
Yes. Once your booking is confirmed, you receive a WhatsApp message with your driver's name, phone number, and vehicle details.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes, you can book one-way or round-trip. Round-trip bookings often come with discounts.
Pricing & Payment
Are your prices fixed?
Yes, all prices are fixed and agreed upon at booking time. No hidden charges, no meter.
What is included in the price?
Driver charges, fuel, and AC are included. Tolls, parking, state border taxes, and driver night halt allowance are extra at actuals.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/RTGS for corporate accounts. Payment is typically made after the trip for outstation; airport and local may require advance.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes! We provide proper GST invoices for all bookings. Mention your GSTIN at time of booking.
Vehicles & Drivers
Are drivers verified?
All drivers are police-verified, hold valid commercial driving licences, and have at least 5 years of outstation driving experience.
Are vehicles AC?
Yes, all vehicles in our fleet are fully air-conditioned. We also have non-AC Tempo Traveller options available on request.
What if the car breaks down?
We send an immediate replacement vehicle. You will not be stranded. We carry roadside assistance contacts for all routes.
How old are the vehicles?
All our vehicles are less than 5 years old. They undergo monthly servicing and pre-trip inspection.

Which cities do you serve?
We cover all major routes from Ahmedabad including Udaipur, Jaipur, Dwarka, Somnath, Mumbai, Surat, Pune, Mount Abu, Shirdi, and many more. See our Routes page for the full list.
Can I change my pickup time?
Yes, you can reschedule your pickup time up to 2 hours before the trip by calling or WhatsApp messaging us.
What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup. 50% charge for cancellations within 2–4 hours. Full charge for no-shows or cancellations within 2 hours.
Do you track flights for airport pickups?
Yes! We track your flight live. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits for up to 1 hour at no extra charge.
